What is WTF Tae Kwon Do?
WTF (World Taekwondo Federation) Tae Kwon Do is the most popular Martial Art
in the world today, practiced by more than 50 million people in 170 different
countries. It is the only form of Tae Kwon Do recognized by the International
Olympic Committee - only WTF practitioners are given standing to compete at the
Olympic Games. It is also the only form of Tae Kwon Do recognized by Sport
Canada, and Sport Newfoundland and Labrador.
All registered member clubs
of the Newfoundland and Labrador WTF Tae Kwon Do Association are recognized by
WTF Canada, Sport Canada, Sport NL, and Kukkiwon.
